The product
What exactly is the DUALLIS?
The DUALLIS is the first premium vegan leather case designed to bring two smartphones together in a single elegant shell. Born from a simple observation — nearly 2 billion people juggle a work smartphone and a personal one every day — it puts an end to the discomfort of the “two-smartphone life”: nothing gets lost, nothing knocks together at the bottom of a bag or a pocket.
Discreet magnetic closure, a soft divider protecting the screens, a compartment for your cards: every detail has been designed for demanding professionals who want to combine practicality, protection and elegance. And because every pair of smartphones is unique, every Duallis is made to order, to your models and your colors.
How does the magnetic system work?
The DUALLIS features magnets concealed within the structure of the case, which lock onto a metal plate set into the opposite side. Small but powerful, they deliver a clean closure and hold both your smartphones perfectly securely, while remaining invisible.
The result: your case opens and closes in a single gesture, with no button and no zip, with that soft, precise “click” characteristic of finely made objects.
Can the magnets damage my smartphones or my bank cards?
No, rest assured. Modern smartphones themselves contain many magnets (speakers, wireless chargers, MagSafe accessories, etc.) and are designed to be unaffected by them: the Duallis magnets pose no risk to your smartphones, their components or their screens.
Your chip and contactless bank cards are equally safe. The only usual precaution, which applies to any magnetic accessory: avoid prolonged direct contact between a magnet and cards with a magnetic stripe (some hotel key cards or transit passes). The Duallis magnets are positioned away from the card compartment precisely to avoid this.
What are the dimensions and weight of the case?
Since every DUALLIS is made to measure, its dimensions depend on the two smartphone models you choose during configuration: the case hugs your devices as closely as possible, with no superfluous bulk.
As for weight, expect between 90 and 130 g depending on the combination chosen — barely more than a standard case, for two protected smartphones. The exact dimensions of your configuration are shown on the product sheet before you confirm your order.
Is the DUALLIS compatible with every smartphone model?
Yes, and that is the whole strength of the DUALLIS : because every case is made to order, it fits almost every smartphone on the market. The configurator covers iPhone models (from iPhone 13 to iPhone 17 Pro Max) and Samsung Galaxy models (the S21 to S25 ranges, as well as the Galaxy A series).

Can the case be used with a single smartphone?
Absolutely. The design of the DUALLIS is flexible and adaptable: the case remains perfectly functional and elegant with a single device. The second slot then becomes a handy space for your cards, a badge or a few banknotes — your Duallis turns into a genuine wallet.
Is there a card holder slot?
Yes. The DUALLIS includes a dedicated compartment for your cards: bank card, ID, health insurance card, business cards, and so on. The essentials of your daily life travel with you in one single object — no more smartphone in one pocket and wallet in the other.

Customization & ordering
How do I configure my made-to-measure DUALLIS?
It all happens in a few clicks on duallis.com, via the “Customize your DUALLIS ” tab. Select your two smartphone models, choose your color, preview your case, then add it to the cart: your Duallis then goes into production, exactly as you specified.
Which smartphone model combinations are available?
Every combination between the models listed in our configurator is possible — two iPhones, two Samsungs, or a mix of both. The list of compatible models is updated continuously, in step with manufacturer releases.
The configurator guides you in real time: you simply cannot get it wrong.
Which colors and finishes are available?
The DUALLIS comes in three vegan leather colors, chosen for their timeless elegance: Black, never out of style and resolutely professional; Camel, a warm, luminous shade that recalls the finest leather goods; and Navy Blue, deep and refined, the perfect complement to a business look.
Preview each shade on your configuration directly in the configurator — and keep an eye out: limited editions will join the collection from time to time.
Can I have my name or a message engraved?
Not yet — but good news: custom engraving is coming soon to duallis.com. Initials, a first name, a message… you will soon be able to make your DUALLIS absolutely unique. Sign up for our newsletter to hear first when this option launches.
Can I order a DUALLIS for two models from different brands (e.g. iPhone + Samsung)?
Yes, and it is in fact one of the most common scenarios: a personal iPhone on one side, a work Samsung on the other. Because every DUALLIS is made to order, each slot is fitted to its own smartphone, whatever the brand. Simply select your two models in the configurator.

What is the vegan leather you use?
Vegan leather is a modern alternative to animal leather: it is made without any material of animal origin, while reproducing the appearance, texture and functional qualities of traditional leather — suppleness, durability, an elegant patina.
The one used for the DUALLIS combines synthetic and bio-based components meeting strict ethical, environmental and regulatory requirements. You get the feel and refinement of leather, in line with your values.
Where is the DUALLIS made?
DUALLIS is a French brand, imagined and designed in Marseille. For manufacturing, we work with rigorously selected partner workshops, chosen for their craftsmanship, the consistent quality of their production and their commitment to an eco-responsible approach.
Is it handcrafted or mass-produced?
The best of both worlds. The DUALLIS comes from an optimized industrial manufacturing process, guaranteeing consistent and faultless quality — but each case is produced to order, one at a time, according to your choice of models and colors. Dimensions, color, and soon engraving: your DUALLIS exists in a single copy, yours.
How long does the case last?
Designed to accompany you every day, a DUALLIS keeps its full appearance for 4 to 6 years in normal use — the lifespan of several generations of smartphones. Its longevity naturally depends on conditions of use; simple care (a soft cloth, kept away from excessive heat) is enough to preserve the beauty of the vegan leather year after year.
Is the manufacturing eco-responsible?
It is a deep commitment. First through the model: made-to-order manufacturing means zero overproduction, zero destroyed stock, zero waste. Then through the materials: a vegan leather with no animal content, and manufacturing partners selected for their eco-responsible approach.
And we do not intend to stop there: our teams are constantly exploring next-generation materials — apple, cactus and pineapple fibers — to make each generation of DUALLIS kinder to the planet.

Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Your DUALLIS is not waiting on a shelf: it is made specially for you after your order. The average lead time observed is around 4 weeks, with a contractual maximum of 3 months for the most specific configurations or in the event of exceptional circumstances (international context, transport).
You are informed by email at every key stage, from production to dispatch.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, DUALLIS delivers worldwide: Metropolitan France, the French overseas territories, Europe and international destinations. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and remain payable by the recipient.
Is delivery free?
Yes. The price shown on duallis.com is an all-inclusive price: taxes and delivery costs included. No unpleasant surprise at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email. When it ships, a second email is sent to you with the carrier's tracking information. You can also check the status of your order at any time from your account on duallis.com.

Why is my lead time longer than on other websites?
Because your DUALLIS is not a mass-produced item pulled from a warehouse: it is a case made to measure, to order, for your two smartphone models and your color. That production time is the price of a truly unique object — and the guarantee that no DUALLIS is ever produced for nothing.
Occasionally, the international or logistics context may slightly lengthen shipping times. In that case, we keep you transparently informed.

Returns & warranty
What is the returns policy?
Since every DUALLIS is made to measure to your specifications (smartphone models, color), it falls into the category of personalized goods: in accordance with the applicable regulations (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products. That is why we invite you to check your configuration carefully before confirming your order — the configurator guides you step by step.
However, in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will of course arrange an exchange or a refund after verification. Your satisfaction is our priority: if in doubt, contact us, we will always find a solution.
My DUALLIS is faulty, what should I do?
Contact our customer service at contact@duallis.com, giving your order number, a description of the problem and a few photos. After verification, we will offer you the most appropriate solution: repair, exchange or refund, within the framework of the legal warranties.
One tip: if the parcel reaches you damaged, record reservations with the carrier within 3 days of delivery — this makes handling your case easier and faster.
What warranty comes with the product?
Your DUALLIS is covered by the French legal warranties: the 2-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery, and the warranty against hidden defects. In practice: if your case has a lack of conformity, you can request its repair or replacement, free of charge.
Can I return a personalized case?
Personalized cases made to order cannot be taken back or exchanged, in accordance with the regulations applicable to goods made to the customer's specifications. Two exceptions, of course: a manufacturing defect or an error on our part — in those cases, an exchange or refund is offered after verification.
