What is the returns policy?<\/h3>

Since every DUALLIS is made to measure to your specifications (smartphone models, color), it falls into the category of personalized goods: in accordance with the applicable regulations (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products<\/strong>. That is why we invite you to check your configuration carefully before confirming your order \u2014 the configurator guides you step by step.<\/p>\n

However, in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part<\/strong>, we will of course arrange an exchange or a refund after verification. Your satisfaction is our priority: if in doubt, contact us, we will always find a solution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
